We're hiring an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to lead integrated content-driven campaigns, digital projects, and client strategy for innovative healthtech and biotech companies. Everything you need to know about the role

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead on key client accounts across healthcare, life sciences, and healthtech. You’ll manage cross-functional campaigns, support digital strategy, and collaborate with content, design, and development teams to deliver impactful results.

  • Act as the strategic and operational lead across several client accounts

  • Develop and execute integrated, multichannel communications plans

  • Lead the creation of high-quality content: websites, social media, blogs, thought leadership

  • Manage digital projects including website builds, SEO strategies, and content hubs

  • Monitor trends and share insights on healthcare communications and digital best practices

  • Advise clients on content strategy, UX, SEO, and audience engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, development) to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Contribute to proposals and new business pitches

  • Mentor junior team members and support their development

  • Participate in building the agency’s presence through events, podcasts, and thought leadership

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • Proven experience in healthcare, biotech, or healthtech communications (preferably in an agency)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex campaigns and digital projects end-to-end

  • Deep content expertise across formats (blogs, video, case studies, infographics, social media)

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Skilled project manager with excellent multitasking abilities

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, cross-functional environment

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven

  • Passionate about innovation in healthcare and life sciences

Bonus if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with video or graphic content creation

  • Line management experience

  • Experience working with influencers or paid media campaigns

  • Background in medical writing or clinical practice

What’s on offer?

  • Competitive salary: £38,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)

  • Remote set up with Co-working space as needed 

  • 9-day fortnight – every other Friday off

  • Up to 30 additional days off + bank holidays + Christmas Closure
