A full-service global medical communications agency is looking to hire an Associate Client Services Director to join an exciting Medical Affairs account focused on digital congress materials and commercial deliverables.
This is to work remotely from East Coast states in the US.
You will join a highly scientific and well regarding team of medical communicators who translate complex science into messages and materials that resonate with their audiences via multiple channels to ultimately change lives and improve outcomes.
Everything you need to know about the role
This Associate Client Services Director will have many years of Medical Communications agency experience and relish being a strategic partner to Medical Affairs clients, developing trusted relationships and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Line manage, coach, mentor - provide the team with clear briefs and regular feedback
- Drive projects, provide strategic guidance to the team, review content and sign-off
- Financial planning, revenue forecasting and invoicing
- Lead organic growth, support senior team members with pitches, and generate ideas and proposals for new projects
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- Several years in a Med Comms agency with experience developing Medical Affairs and Digital deliverables
- Enjoys being client facing – leading and actioning projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- Excellent project management skills and confident with financials, budgets and forecasting
- Comfortable managing teams and collaborating with scientific and creative teams
- High level of scientific knowledge with a solid understanding of pharma regulations and best practices
- Proactive and curious to learn new things
