Job id: 17134
Ready to take the next step in healthcare communications?
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a purpose-driven agency that specialises exclusively in health. You’ll work across impactful campaigns spanning PR, patient advocacy, and medical communications—supporting clients dedicated to improving lives. If you’re looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with real career progression, this one’s for you.
Everything you need to know about the role
You’ll be stepping into a key role within a growing PR team, working across UK and global healthcare projects. The focus? Bringing stories to life across disease awareness, product communications, and reputation management.
You’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of campaigns and content—drafting compelling copy, managing timelines, supporting junior team members, and being a go-to contact for your clients. You’ll also play an active role in client meetings and project planning, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver on impact.
The agency operates a hybrid model, with 2–3 days a week in their Central London office. It’s a fantastic role if you’re looking to sharpen your leadership skills and gain experience in both earned and social media strategy within the health space.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- You’ve got 2+ years of experience in healthcare communications—ideally agency side.
- You have a genuine passion for health and believe in making a difference.
- You’re a confident writer, able to produce clear, engaging materials across formats—from press releases to social copy to internal comms.
- You’re organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- You’ve got an eye for detail but can also see the bigger picture when it comes to strategy.
- You’re comfortable presenting to clients and can lead parts of meetings with confidence.
- You bring a solutions-focused mindset and aren’t afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
What’s on offer?
- The chance to work on high-impact, meaningful campaigns in healthcare.
- A supportive, purpose-driven culture that values growth, creativity, and collaboration.
- Generous holiday allowance, plus additional leave for volunteering or charitable work.
- Access to a range of professional development tools including LinkedIn Learning and internal L&D time.
- Private healthcare and a focus on wellbeing and flexibility.
- A hybrid working model designed to support balance and autonomy.
- A genuinely inclusive workplace where your voice is heard and your work makes a difference.
