As an Account Director, you’ll be central to driving client satisfaction, delivering integrated projects and nurturing strong client partnerships. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on project and people management to help shape the agency’s creative output.

  • Lead and manage multiple client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Oversee the delivery of brand campaigns, creative assets and promotional materials that meet client objectives and industry standards.
  • Provide strategic input and guidance in client meetings, ensuring solutions are insight-driven and commercially effective.
  • Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing, to keep projects running smoothly and profitably.
  • Coordinate and mentor internal teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.
  • Proactively identify and help convert business development opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative quality standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and valued.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • Significant experience within a healthcare advertising agency (essential).
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign delivery in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and leading integrated projects from brief to delivery.
  • Confident communicator, able to build trusted client relationships and guide client discussions strategically.
  • Solid experience in budget management and project financials.
  • Capable of mentoring and motivating teams to produce creative, high-quality work.
  • Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Passionate about healthcare communications and delivering impactful work.
