Brand Manager – Medical Education / CME - Canada (Montreal or Toronto)

My client is a globally renowned CME specialist consultancy and they are now looking for a Brand Manager to play a key role in shaping and growing innovative, clinician-focused brands as part of a brand new AI focused brand, so it's a chance to take real ownership and help build something from the ground up.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be central to developing brand strategies that educate, engage, and inspire healthcare professionals with creativity, evidence-based thinking, and technology (including AI) all part of the toolkit.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the brand planning process and delivering clear, impactful strategies
  • Working with creative and digital teams to launch engaging campaigns that resonate with clinicians
  • Managing product launches and ensuring campaigns land with consistency and impact
  • Staying current with industry trends, new tools, and emerging approaches within medical education and how to best utilise AI tools to maximise traction
  • Testing, refining, and continuously improving how brands connect with their audiences

What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, ideally within Medical Education / CME or a closely related healthcare setting
  • A strong track record in brand development, from strategy through to execution and measurement
  • Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to distil complex topics into engaging narratives
  • Experience in fast-moving environments where adaptability and fresh thinking are key
  • A genuine interest in innovation, new technologies, and the future of healthcare communication
  • Collaborative by nature, with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams

Experience in medical education or medical communications is highly valued and will help you hit the ground running.
