VP, Medical Affairs (US), MSL Leadership, Critical Care & Cardiology

Do you have medical affairs expertise in hospital critical care or cardiology markets? We are partnered with a leading rare disease company, seeking a VP, Medical Affairs (US) to lead the MSL team, scientific engagement strategy, and medical communications that support evidence based adoption in critical care and cardiology.

Everything you need to know about the role

You will:

  • build and lead a high performing MSL team
  • Lead KOL strategy, advisory boards, and external scientific collaborations
  • Oversee congress, publications, and medical communications
  • Partner with Clinical on IITs/RWE
  • Chair MLR as medical signatory and provide scientific training for internal teams

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • MD or DO or PharmD with 10 or more years in Medical Affairs
  • Experience building and leading MSL teams
  • Cardiology or critical care experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US regulatory requirements for medical communications.
  • Demonstrable communication and KOL engagement skills
