Our client is a global Life Science Company leading the market with cutting-edge medical device products across their specialist areas, which include Cardiovascular, Orthopaedic, Surgical, Vision and more! They are seeking a driven and competent Territory Sales Manager capable of managing their holdings in Ireland.

Everything you need to know about the role

Your role will be to account manage a variety of key accounts across Ireland, primarily centred around Dublin, with additional secondary focuses. You will be based in Dublin and will spend the majority of your time there, with some infrequent travel to Belfast, and other surrounding areas, required. Full product and sales skills training will be provided alongside ongoing support through the classroom, online materials, and mentoring from other individuals who are currently working in field-based roles. As part of a well-established territory sales team benefiting from the wider support of a large head office, you will be assigned strong accounts to manage and grow depending on the local needs of the business, and will also have suitable bandwidth to bring in new clients - At least initially, your responsibilities will be split 80/20 between account management, and new sales.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

This is a technical sales role, and as such the client is looking for an account manager with a patient centric approach, and the ability to influence through effective communication. Someone with a related degree, evidenced by high achievements (academic, work-related, or otherwise), and a growth mind-set would be ideal. Importantly, you MUST have experience working in the medical device sector, and preferably of selling into a hospital/healthcare environment. 

What’s on offer?

  • A basic salary of between 60,000 - 70,000 EUR dependant on experience.
  • A good bonus structure offering up to 20,000 EUR of additional earnings. 
  • Great car allowance, the specifics of which are still being finalised.
