Territory Sales Manager – South West England & South Central

Dental Implants | Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

A growing, family-owned dental implants company is looking to appoint a Territory Sales Manager to further complement its high-performing team across South West England and South Central.

This organisation is focused on delivering outstanding, specialist-led implant solutions. With a unique product offering and significant sales growth over the past 7 years, they are widely regarded as a respected partner to clinicians — particularly for their hands-on technical support during dental surgeries.

Everything you need to know about the role

This is a field-based territory management position with a strong clinical and relationship-led focus.

Your role will involve:

  • Promoting a unique and evidence-based dental implant portfolio

  • Explaining the advantages and clinical benefits of the product range to dentists and surgeons

  • Providing product training during dental surgery

  • Supporting clinicians chairside until they feel confident and comfortable using the products

  • Identifying new business development opportunities for continued territory growth

  • Managing and developing existing accounts through regular, value-driven engagement

  • Building strong partnerships with implant-focused general dentists and specialists

You will be seen as a knowledgeable, trusted partner, not just a sales representative.

Territory: South West England into South Central (excluding South Wales)

You might be:

  • An experienced dental or medical sales representative

  • A dental nurse or dental technician looking to move into a commercial role

  • A healthcare professional keen to transition into sales

  • A commercially minded graduate with a science degree

You’ll likely be:

  • Tenacious, self-driven and motivated by growth

  • Comfortable building rapport quickly with clinicians

  • Confident supporting customers in a surgical environment

  • Energised by being field-based and meeting customers regularly

  • Professional, ethical and customer-focused

An understanding of dental sales or experience within dentistry would be highly beneficial, but is not essential. Full product training and ongoing development will be provided. A full UK driving licence is required.
