Their work bridges the gap between data and decision-making, helping clients bring innovative medicines, medical devices, and technologies to market.

With a small team structure that encourages ownership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration, every team member plays a visible role in driving success.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, this Boston based company is looking for Market Research & Insights Consultants at two levels:
- Experienced / Senior Associate (Level 2) – typically 2–4 years’ experience, up to $76k
- Associate Manager (Level 3) – typically 4–6 years’ experience, up to $97k
Both positions offer the chance to work across qualitative and quantitative methodologies, manage exciting custom research projects, and develop strategic recommendations that shape commercial and clinical decisions across healthcare and life sciences.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and deliver mixed-method research projects from proposal through to insight delivery
- Design questionnaires, discussion guides, and recruitment materials
- Moderate interviews or focus groups with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative findings to uncover actionable insights
- Partner with data visualization specialists to create engaging, insight-driven presentations
- Collaborate with clients to ensure outputs directly support brand and business goals
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to pod-level development and growth
At the Associate Manager level, you’ll also:
- Take a leadership role on projects and client relationships
- Provide strategic input into proposals and account planning
- Oversee team delivery and ensure quality across project stages
About You
- 2–6 years of experience in market research, insights, or consulting, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
- Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident working directly with clients
- Experience managing end-to-end research projects and balancing multiple priorities
- Skilled in synthesizing data and storytelling through insights
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and collaborative working style
- Ability to work hybrid in Boston weekly
- Have the full right to work in the US now and in the future
