A really exciting Senior Account Manager opportunity is available with a highly successful and ambitiously growing business who provide a platform for HCPs to quickly access trusted medical information at the point of care. They also work with Medical Advertising and Medical Education agencies, Pharmaceutical clients and Medical Device companies to deliver targeted campaigns with live analytics from promotional, non-promotional and medical education across the product lifecycle to HCPs.

Everything you need to know about the role 

The company are in a significant phase of growth and want an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their dedicated team. You will partner closely with pharmaceutical clients, mainly their medical affairs lead or brand leads, along with Medical Advertising and Medical Education agencies, and internal teams, to manage end-to-end campaigns on their platform.

As Senior Account Manager, you will:

  • Nurture these partner relationships
  • Establish how best the business can solve the clients’ problems
  • Ensure their strategic priorities are aligned with end user needs
  • Refine and upload campaign content to the platform
  • Build an analytics dashboard with clinician-engineer support

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • 4 years of experience in Account Management roles, ideally in a medical education agency setting, comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • A client-focused professional with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketing and compliance landscape including ABPI
  • Strategic mindset, inquisitive nature, high EQ and a passion for healthcare technology
  • Excited by an entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to be part of something new, growing, industry-changing and imperative to patient safety.
