We’re partnering with a forward-thinking insights consultancy that is building out a modern, automation-led quantitative function. This newly created role is ideal for someone who blends strong technical ability with a passion for storytelling, dashboards, and next-generation data delivery.

As a Quant Insights & Data Solutions Specialist, you will lead the setup, management, and delivery of quantitative tracking and ad-hoc studies using DisplayR, Q, or equivalent platforms.

You’ll drive the shift away from manual tabulations and PowerPoint charting toward automated, dynamic dashboards and integrated data solutions that elevate insight, efficiency, and strategic impact.

This role sits at the centre of quant excellence, data strategy, and innovation. As this is a new role in a growing company, there is a lot of scope to develop the role, team and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end quant project setup and delivery using DisplayR, Q, and/or similar platforms
  • Build automated workflows that replace Excel tabulations and manual charting
  • Create dashboards and slide-ready outputs that clearly communicate the story within the data
  • Apply advanced analytics (segmentation, regression, TURF, MaxDiff, key drivers)
  • Integrate multiple datasets to produce richer, more robust insight
  • Translate complex data into engaging, actionable narratives
  • Partner with Insights teams to build strategic recommendations
  • Support client teams in preparing and delivering high-impact insight stories
  • Establish best practices for automated analysis and dashboarding
  • Build reusable templates, pipelines, and scalable solutions
  • Upskill colleagues in DisplayR / Q usage and dashboard-first approaches
  • Act as the internal expert for troubleshooting, advanced analytics, and automation
  • Collaborate across UK and US teams to ensure high-quality quant deliverables
  • Participate in client workshops, presentations, and brainstorming sessions
  • Embed advanced analytics and dashboarding as standard practice across projects
