A fast-growing healthcare research consultancy that partners with global clients. As they scale a HR and Recruitment Advisor is needed to join the team. This role would be great for someone who genuinely enjoys the operational side of HR and thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment.

This is a broad, hands-on role split roughly 60% recruitment / 40% HR operations, embedded across the whole business from day one.

What you'll be doing:

Recruitment: end-to-end hiring across mostly in the UK and some in the US, proactive talent pipelining, managing candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers on briefings.

HR: onboarding and HR inductions, day-to-day employee administration, ER support (maternity, sickness, occupational health), payroll and benefits admin, exit interviews, and coaching line managers.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or recruitment-focused HR role is essential
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally across multiple functions
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable asking questions in a growing business
  • Background in agency, insights, or consultancy is highly preferred
  • This is not a strategic HR role and that should genuinely excite you
  • Full right to work in the UK now and in the future without restrictions
