Role Summary
As the Health Economics Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of Health Economics projects while supporting the continued growth of the consultancy's modelling capability.
You'll work closely with clients to deliver robust economic models and strategic solutions, whilst also supporting proposals, contributing to client development discussions and mentoring more junior colleagues.
The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, offering the opportunity to influence internal best practice, modelling standards and the future development of the Health Economics function.
This is a broad position that provides exposure to a wide variety of therapeutic areas, project types and client engagements, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play an active role in the wider success of the consultancy.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering Health Economics projects within a consultancy, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of Health Economic modelling approaches, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact and decision-analytic models.
- Experience supporting HTA submissions and reimbursement strategies across international markets.
- The ability to provide technical leadership, quality assurance and oversight across multiple projects.
- Experience building trusted relationships with clients and contributing to proposals, presentations and business development activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Previous experience mentoring, coaching or supporting the development of colleagues.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality work and continuously improving processes.
