If you’re a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager who enjoys turning complex science into meaningful, impactful communications that can genuinely influence health outcomes - keep reading.

We’re partnering with a growing, independent healthcare communications consultancy that’s doing things a little differently. They’re big on fresh thinking, real collaboration, and creating work that makes a tangible difference - whether that’s shaping perceptions, supporting behaviour change, or helping important health innovations reach the right audiences.

You won’t just be delivering projects - you’ll be helping shape smarter, more effective ways to communicate across the health landscape.

Everything you need to know about the role

This isn’t a “just manage the timeline” kind of role. You’ll be right in the mix - working closely with clients, shaping ideas, and helping bring integrated communications programmes to life from start to finish.

You’ll:

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients by contributing to workshops, shaping briefs and supporting strategic direction
  • Help develop integrated communications programmes, with a strong focus on earned and influence-led activity
  • Translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, credible and engaging communications
  • Support the delivery of campaigns spanning media relations, partnerships, social and internal communications
  • Play a key role in delivery across projects — from planning and execution through to evaluation
  • Keep day-to-day activity running smoothly (budgets, timelines, stakeholders), while staying connected to the bigger picture
  • Collaborate with specialists across strategy, creative and digital to deliver joined-up, insight-led work

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • Around 2–4 years’ experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical / life sciences communications (preferably within an agency – likely with a PR & Comms focus)
  • Exposure to health communications programmes - ideally with experience in earned media, stakeholder engagement or integrated campaigns
  • Confidence working with scientific content and translating it into something meaningful and accurate
  • An interest in the broader health landscape from prevention through to treatment and patient impact
  • A proactive, curious mindset - especially when it comes to new approaches, channels and technologies
  • You’ll be a confident communicator and someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing ideas

What’s on offer?

  • Competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 (depending on experience)
100% remote working, with fully expensed quarterly in-person team meet-ups to connect and collaborate
  • Flexible working hours and a minimum holiday allowance (not maximum!)
Mentoring, training and tailored development opportunities
  • A chance to help shape the culture and direction of a growing independent consultancy already recognised twice as “Small Consultancy of the Year”
  • The chance to join a B-Corp certified business (with a Gold EcoVadis rating) committed to making a positive social and environmental impact

Could this be the role for you?

If you’re looking for a role where you can step up, think more strategically, and play a meaningful role in shaping communications that impact health outcomes - this is well worth exploring.
