Associate Director - Value Propositions, Market Access

Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced market access candidates to join the leadership team of a highly regarded market consultancy based in the UK. If you have a blend of leadership and strategy experience, and enjoy making a real difference bringing healthcare products to market. 

Everything you need to know about the role

As a Director, you will be making strategic decisions within the Value's department, overseeing the delivery of solution-based projects and leading client accounts. You will be supervising a dedicated team and supporting cross-functional team members to ensure the highest quality of delivery to clients. You will provide strategic advice and support internal processes as part of the senior leadership team.

You will also support the company in bringing in new business, through organic growth and proactive business development. The role will involve attending major conferences and events, relevant to the services they offer. Travel will likely be required.   

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

· A degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline (advanced degrees preferred).

· 10+ years of market access experience in consultancy or pharmaceutical company, with a proven track record in access strategy and delivery

· Deep understanding of global access markets and up-to-date with current market access news and trends 

· Experience leading client interactions at the highest level, handling escalations and providing exceptional service to clients 

· Previous management experience required

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
