Join an award-winning independent agency that partners with global pharma clients to deliver campaigns that improve lives. As an Account Executive, you'll help bring creative healthcare campaigns to life by supporting project delivery, building strong client relationships, and developing your understanding of the ever-evolving health and well-being space.
Everything you need to know about the role
You’ll be joining a collaborative, purpose-driven team that delivers meaningful healthcare communications across digital, print, and integrated campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience, mentoring and a clear path for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior team members with the day-to-day running of client accounts
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure sustainable outcomes and incremental growth
- Coordinating workflows across internal creative teams, clients, partners and suppliers
- Uploading materials to client approval platforms (e.g. Veeva, PromoMats) and managing review feedback
- Creating and updating timelines, briefs, proposals and budgets
- Acting as a brand ambassador within the agency - building knowledge of therapy areas, competitors and key data
- Supporting the wider team with structured project and admin processes to ensure smooth
- delivery
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
This role would suit someone early in their agency career — or a recent graduate with a genuine interest in healthcare, science or creative communications.
You should:
- Be highly organised, adaptable and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Have a degree in science, business, marketing or similar (preferred, not essential)
- Ideally have up to 1 year of agency or client-side experience (internships also considered)
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Have a natural curiosity about healthcare, pharma, and patient experiences
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
