Senior Project Manager

We’ve partnered with a fast growing global plastics manufacturer who are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager.

In this role, you'll have responsibility for planning, executing, and finalising projects. Leading projects from R&D to production while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating resources, managing project teams, suppliers, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to navigate challenges, manage priorities and drive clear communication will be paramount to project success.

Role Overview

• Lead project development throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and manage project risks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and manage project dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Host meetings and activities, both in-office and virtually, to drive project success.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ownership in achieving project objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with injection molding, contract manufacturing or a closely related manufacturing industry is required.
• Experience delivering solutions for healthcare and medical devices industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, and MS Teams. Additional experience with project management software such as Smartsheet is a plus.
• Experience within an Agile environment and PMP certification are plusses.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• This is a hybrid role, it requires candidates to be located close enough to be on-site regularly.
